Job summary

Capgemini is hiring an Agentic AI Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents that can plan, reason, and act toward complex goals.

You will work with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI and modern LLMs to orchestrate multi-agent workflows, integrate external systems, and monitor performance with LangSmith, Grafana and Splunk in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI/DS or related field.
• 2+ years AI/ML development experience with Gen AI or Agentic AI
• Strong understanding of autonomous systems and multi-agent coordination
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Build autonomous agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing tasks iteratively.
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs for agent workflows with prompt engineering and RAG.
• Develop multi-agent collaboration and dynamic strategy adaptation.
• Enable agents to interact with external systems to act autonomously.
• Monitor agent behavior and reliability using LangSmith, Grafana, and Splunk.

Job Description

We are looking for a Agentic AI Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent, autonomous AI agents that can plan, reason, and act toward achieving complex goals. This role blends expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and orchestration frameworks to build systems that go beyond static responses enabling dynamic, goal-driven behaviour.

Key responsibilities

• Build autonomous agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI that can plan, reason, and execute tasks iteratively.
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) for use in agent workflows, including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Develop systems where multiple agents collaborate, delegate tasks, and adapt strategies based on real-time feedback.
• Enable agents to interact with external systems (e.g., APIs, databases, web apps) to perform actions autonomously.
• Use tools like LangSmith, Grafana, and Splunk to monitor agent behavior, performance, and reliability.
• Work closely with data scientists, architects, and product teams to align agentic solutions with business goals.
• Ensure all solutions are well-documented and comply with data privacy and security standards.
