Job summary

Merkle in Bengaluru seeks a Technical Lead for Dentsu's agentic AI engineering team. You will drive architecture decisions for multi-agent systems and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on with coding and reviews.

You will lead LLM orchestration, AI automation workflows, and maintain the engineering stack, data pipelines, and documentation. Strong communication and system design are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in AI/ML
• Expertise in Python and software architecture
• Experience with LLM applications at scale
• Knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen)
• Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure preferred)
• Mentoring experience
• MLOps skills
• Strong system design
