Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years proven experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions in the Analytics/CDP spaces.
• Minimum 2 development/project implementation lifecycles of Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP + AI
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes focusing on data & integration architecture, with a focus on guiding customers through migration to and optimization of Agentforce + Data Cloud
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from Developer to Executive
• Ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI for customers
• Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging data-related and AI technologies
• Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely with customers and colleagues
• Values Data Ethics and Privacy by ensuring customer solutions adhere to regulations and best practices in data security and privacy
• Note: Degree or equivalent experience required; AI-first experience in a senior customer-facing role is highly valued
• Strong consultative skills to guide enterprise customers on Salesforce AI capabilities to achieve ROI
• Experience defining or contributing to AI usage frameworks, governance policies, or AI fluency enablement programs in CS or professional services
• Experience in a consulting/implementation partner for Data Cloud/CDP and cloud platforms

• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and design

Responsibilities:

• Be a trusted Agentforce + Data Cloud subject-matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization, including how Data Cloud relates to the success of AI

• Engage with our Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Agentforce + Data Cloud

• Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capability or identify creative Architect solutions through customization

• Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI

• Run playbooks aligned with our Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of Agentforce + Data Cloud customers

• Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth

• Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing

• Lead enterprise success strategy with an AI First mindset — using Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and AI-powered analytics as primary tools for designing, modeling, and continuously optimizing customer success programs

• Apply generative AI to develop executive-level deliverables including strategic business reviews, value realization frameworks, and multi-stakeholder success plans — with strong human judgment applied to business context and executive narrative

• Leverage AI-generated portfolio insights to identify whitespace opportunities, adoption barriers, and risk indicators, driving strategic recommendations and C-level alignment

• Serve as an internal thought leader and practitioner on AI-augmented success practices — defining standards, playbooks, and governance for AI tool usage in partnership with CS leadership

• Degree or equivalent experience required. Experience evaluated based on the strengths you'll need for the role (e.g. proven behaviors in previous jobs such as extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

• Deep, demonstrated AI First experience in a senior or strategic customer‑facing role, with hands‑on use of Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or equivalent AI‑powered success platforms

• Ability to synthesize AI‑generated insights into executive‑ready narratives and strategic recommendations, demonstrating strong business and commercial acumen

• Experience defining or contributing to AI usage frameworks, governance policies, or AI fluency enablement programs within a CS or professional services organization

• Strong consultative skills with the ability to guide enterprise customers on leveraging Salesforce AI capabilities to achieve their own business outcomes and ROI

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a consulting.implementation Partner for Data Cloud/CDP

• Experience with large data such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud Storage/Big Query, Azure administration or architecture

• Experience with Customer Data platforms such as Segment, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Amperity, Treasure Data, Twilio Segment, Realtio, etc

• Experience implementing Salesforce Clouds, Multi cloud scenarios - Sales, Service, Industries, Marketing or Commerce

• Familiar with at least one of the Salesforce Architecture Domains: Integration, Access and Identity Management, Data Architecture, Sharing and Visibility, Declarative and APEX Development

• Experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, .Net, SQL

Note:This role is office‑flexible, and the expectation is to work from the office three days per week.
Shifts - Candidate should be comfortable working in AMER shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM) as well.
