• Experience developing autonomous, tool‑using, planning, and multi‑agent systems
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and AI guardrails
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and cloud platforms

• Continuously evaluate model performance, grounding quality, hallucination rates, and reasoning accuracy
