Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking licensed psychologists to join its provider network in India. This contract position emphasizes in-person care, evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT), risk management, and crisis response.

A Master’s or PhD in psychology (or MPhil) is required, with ability to see children, adults, couples, and families. You will benefit from Lyra's calendar and billing tools, flexible scheduling, and dedicated clinical support.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in psychology or MPhil in psychology (or equivalent) required.
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and using measurement-based care.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples and/or families; in-person care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health treatment to clients across age groups (children, adults, families) with in-person care.
• Manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.
• Collaborate with Lyra’s clinical team and utilize provided tools for care coordination.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in psychology or MPhil in psychology or equivalent
• Experience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement based care, promoting skills practice)
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a strong preference for in-person care delivery
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in India
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed
