Maximize the value of SAP investments by supporting continuous transformation in areas such as sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing and human capital.

Qualifications

Minimum Degree Required (BQ): Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Years of Experience (BQ): 5 years

Preferred Knowledge / Skills: Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member with focus on deep expertise, continuous execution, throughput and quality.

  • 6–10 years of experience in SAP PM and at least one of the following: Multi Resource Scheduling, Asset Manager, Management of Change, S/4HANA.
  • Hands‑on experience in configuring/defining PM Module functions (Equipment/Functional Locations, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective/Breakdown Maintenance, Measuring Points/Measurement Documents, Refurbishment process, Calibration Process, Warranties, Serial Number Management, Fiori Apps for Plant Maintenance, Capacity Planning).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, team‑player attitude.
  • 8+ years of experience in Production Planning/ Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS).
  • Rollout, Upgrade and Support projects in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP ECC PPDS/APO, Shelf Life Planning, Safety Stock Planning, MRP Live functions, Sales and Operational Planning, Contract Manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of planning processes (Make to Stock, ETO, CTO) and integration with other planning solutions (IBP, APO, third‑party).
  • Shop Floor control, MRP, VC routing, PO/STO set‑up, Batch Management & Handling Unit Management, Quality Management experience.
  • Experience configuring Integration models and dealing with key integration areas in Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Quality.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, User Story creation, system configuration, testing, cutover, enhancements and operations.
Preferred Skills
  • SAP Certification on PM Module.
  • Work Clearance Management / Permits.
  • Asset Intelligence Network.
  • Experience integrating with other modules (MM, WM, QM, FICO).
  • Experience with ticket management tools.
  • Good communication skills in English.
