Opportunity

We are looking to employ a passionate, enthusiastic, and consulting focused candidate into the India professional services team. As a Technical Lead, you will develop and implement customer web platforms using front end technologies. This involves defining scope, timelines, technical solutions and leading the end to end delivery.You will drive customer communication, engage customers, facilitate development, ensure adoption and adherence to best practices and mentor team of developers. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, collaborative, and fosters inclusivity, authenticity, and trust across teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Discovery sessions toidentifybusiness priorities and expectations of authoring experiencein CMS.
• Lead workshops between creative, content teams, and development teams in relation to template andcomponentidentification and requirements, and governance strategy between development and authoring tasks.
• Collaborate and work closely with customerand manageexpectations, ensure clearcommunication,definescope,agree ontimelinesandmanage clientdependencies.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead story/task grooming sessions and evaluate the dependencies and prerequisites for the tasks.
• Lead greening sessions and ability to solution and estimate efforts.
• Design, build, andmaintainhighly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code.
• Review PRs and manage quality of development, coach and mentor team on development skills andensure adherence tobest practices.
• Support clientcontentteam on platform usage,guidanceand support.
• Manage feature/product demos tocustomer.
• Lead retrospective workshop at conclusion of project; capture and up-level actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales on GTM service offerings and pre-sales inquiries.
• Coordinate customer feedback with product teams
• Research trends for design & front-end technologiestosupport improving design/front-end workflows.

• In depth knowledgein HTML5,CSS3 (Less, Sassis a plus), knowledge of BEMmethodologyis preferred.
• Strongproficiencyin JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Detailed knowledge ofJavaScript (ES6is a plus).
• Experience with Atomic design paradigm is a plus.
• Expertisein Design systems, Style guides, Pattern libraries
• Familiarity with RESTful andGraphQLAPIs.
• Familiarity with Micro Front End concepts and Headless Implementation would be a plus.
• Understanding of Web Accessibility WCAG guidelines.
• Understanding ofcontent authoringandensuringusabilityand intuitiveness for a content authorwhile using a CMS.
• Understanding ofinformation architectureand creatingappropriate contentstructuring
• FamiliarityinAdobe XD,orother design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
