Job summary

Coforge invites experienced AEM Sites Developer/Lead to join our team in Greater Noida, India. The role focuses on designing and delivering AEM-based solutions with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

You will mentor junior developers, implement templates and components, and ensure high-quality digital experiences. The ideal candidate has 6–12 years of hands-on AEM experience, with expertise in CQ, Sling, OSGI, JCR, and OAK, plus proficiency in UI technologies and CI/CD

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM implementations.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Utilizing AEM Cloud Manager for CI/CD.
• Develop solutions using AEM building blocks including templates, components, sling models, OSGI services.
• Good understanding of AEM stack: CQ, Sling, OSGI, JCR, OAK.
• Design and implement AEM on prim/AMS/AEMaaCS, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Experience in integration with search engines like Elasticsearch/Algolia/Solr.
• Experience with Content Fragment and Experience Fragment in projects.
• Monitor and resolve AMS-related issues.
• Configure and manage AEM Dispatcher for caching and security.
• Knowledge of UI: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices for CI/CD.
• Experience in AEM migration projects.

• Should be able to design project by considering modularization, performance, etc.
• Should be having experience in integration with elastic search, algolia, solr or any other search engine.
• Should have used Content fragment, Experience fragment in projects.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AMS.
• Configure and manage AEM Dispatcher for caching, load balancing, and security purposes.
• Good understanding on UI technologies like Query, Java Script, HTML 5, CSS.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD.
• Should have worked on AEM migration projects.
