You will represent clients in deemed conveyance, housing society formation and compliance, and other civil matters, with a requirement of 2+ years' experience. Work from office, 11:00 to 7:30, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle matters before Civil Courts, Consumer Commissions, Co-Operative Courts, Revenue Authorities, and the Bombay High Court.
• Represent clients in Deemed Conveyance matters.
• Handle Housing Society Formation & Compliance.
• Manage Redevelopment, and Property & Civil Disputes.
• Handle Consumer Disputes and Co-Operative matters.
