PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES

• Evaluate current state of business processes, anticipate business requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and define future state solutions.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and gather critical information from meetings with various business stakeholders.
• Perform business analysis by utilizing gathered information and synthesizing it to drive business decisions.
• Utilize data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Identify and recommend transformation opportunities.
• Prioritize transformation initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, or other written deliverables.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Collaborate with clients, internal Wipro teams & partner ecosystem.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and client stakeholders.
• Manage competing resources and priorities.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Keep apprised of the latest developments, trends, and advancements in IT, including RPA and AI to automate and modernize systems.

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Excellent working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office PowerPoint & Excel.
• Excellent verbal & written communication with ability to adjust style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.
• Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem-solving approach
• Good presentation skills with strong story telling capabilities.
