Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru, India, seeks a seasoned change leader to design and own the organisation's enterprise AI change management strategy and to drive widespread adoption across functions.

You will build an AI Adoption Partners Programme, create persona-based AI literacy resources, and coordinate a comprehensive internal communications calendar while tracking adoption health with KPI dashboards and surveys.

Requirements

• Designed, launched, and measured change programmes at scale in a large, complex organisation
• Know a structured change framework deeply (PROSCI ADKAR, Kotter, APMG, or equivalent)
• Have built and sustained ambassador networks, change champion cohorts, or adoption programmes
• Translate technical or strategic complexity into clear, high-impact narratives
• Hold a high bar for quality in communications
• Coordinate across HR, L&D, Communications, and Business Units
• Understand AI well enough to design credible content
