Responsibilities

• Design and develop containerized microservices and distributed platform components.

• Build services interacting with relational databases, time-series data stores, caching technologies, and file/object storage.

Honeywell is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help build and evolve enterprise-scale platform services supporting Honeywell Forge and the Cognition platform.

This role is suited for a strong hands-on software engineer with 5+ years of experience developing modern applications, APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.

The engineer will contribute across user experiences, APIs, microservices, data and messaging infrastructure and containerized deployments.

You will work closely with technical leads, architects, SRE, cybersecurity, QA, product, and other engineering teams to translate product and architecture requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready software.

The ideal candidate is comfortable owning features and services from design and implementation through automated testing, deployment, integration, troubleshooting, and production readiness.

• Contribute to technical investigations and proof-of-concepts for new technologies or platform capabilities.
