Job summary

HARMAN's Automotive division seeks an experienced Domain Scrum Master to lead agile teams with 6–9 years of SAFe experience and to drive continuous improvement across programs.

You will coach teams, facilitate SAFe ceremonies, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align with business goals while tracking agile metrics and delivering high-quality software in a complex, multi-team environment.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of experience working with Agile methodologies and SAFe implementations.
• SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with SAFe implementations in large organizations.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Agile teams in SAFe implementation.
• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Retrospectives).
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Identify and resolve impediments to team progress.

• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, etc.).

About the Role
