Job summary

Harman International Romania SRL is seeking a skilled Data Engineer with AI/ML focus to design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and infrastructure.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy ML models, optimize storage, ensure data quality, and enforce governance across cloud environments. A strong background in Python, SQL, and data tech is required.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of data engineering experience with AI/ML focus.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML frameworks and deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of data governance and security.

About the Role:

What You Need to Be Successful:

• - Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• - Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deployment
• - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data tools
• - Knowledge of data governance, security, and best practices

Bonus Points if You Have :

• - Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
• - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation
• - Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
