Main Roles & Responsibilities

As an Advanced Data Analyst, you will play a key role in the EMT initiatives, helping transform how engineering data is interpreted and used across the entire value chain. Your focus will be on making complex engineering information understandable, reliable, and actionable for decision‑makers across NNE.

You will work on analyzing trends, clarifying data definitions, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring that engineering data is presented in a way that supports project execution and cross disciplinary alignment.

You will contribute to strengthening data governance by helping define how engineering data should be organized, validated, and communicated—ensuring consistency and quality across projects and teams.

At NNE, you are part of shaping how engineering data is explored, documented, and shared. Your analytical perspective will support improvements in process clarity, decision making, value chain integration, and how teams work with standardized data across disciplines.

Within the EMDE team, you’ll collaborate closely with EMT disciplines, engineering disciplines, IT, and business stakeholders to help create a unified understanding of engineering data. Your insights will support the development of a consistent governance framework and contribute to how data connects and supports the entire value chain.

Preferred Competencies
  • Lead mapping of engineering processes and associated data flows (cross-discipline, cross-system)
  • Identify data sources, relationships, gaps, and inconsistencies across engineering models and tools
  • Structure, clean, and transform complex datasets to ensure consistency, traceability, and usability
  • Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards tailored to stakeholder and project needs
  • Translate business and engineering questions into data models, KPIs, and meaningful visual insights
  • Act as a bridge between engineering, digital, and IT teams to align data structures and workflows
  • Drive data standardization and contribute to governance, definitions, and best practices
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve engineering processes and data quality
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Able to combine strong analytical skills with solid technical understanding
Education and Work Experience
  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 6 years of hands‑on experience within MS Power Platform – with a main focus on Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Visualization)
  • Experience with SQL, data handling (preferred) and programming languages such as Python
  • Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills
  • Good understanding of data flows, systems and integrations
  • Strong stakeholder communication (business and technical)
  • Ability to translate data into business insights
  • Some experience with ETL/ELT processes
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
