We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking cybersecurity engineer to develop and enhance cyber security solutions to address unique security challenges in critical infrastructure and industrial businesses. This position is responsible for providing on-site cyber security services associated with industrial Process ControlNetworksforHoneywellcustomersintheOilandGas;HydrocarbonProcessing;PowerGeneration; Pulp, Paper & Printing; Continuous Web Solutions; Petrochemicals; Life Sciences; andMetals, Minerals and Mining markets. Services provided include on-site consulting, troubleshooting, network designs, implementation, assessments, and other related tasks as identified.

Responsibilities

KeyResponsibilities:

• Assumetheleadroleinassignedprojects,ensuringdeliveryontime,withinbudget,andto customer satisfaction.
• Staytechnicallycurrentwithcybersecuritysolutionsandexpandknowledgeindesignatednetwork disciplines.
• Maintainrelevantcybersecuritycertificationssuchas CCNA,CISSP,GICSP,orsimilar.
• Keepabreastofcurrentindustrysecurity standards(e.g., IEC-62443,ISO 27000).
• Buildstrongrelationshipswithinternalandexternalcustomersbyprovidingaccurateandefficient technical/engineering support.
• Diagnoseproblemsandprovidetimely,accuratetechnicalsolutionsinresponsetocustomer inquiries, questions, and issues.
• Network (VLANs, STP, HSRP, Static routing) config and Troubleshooting, Firewall configuration i.e policies, communication troubleshooting, AD, NMS, SIEM, AV, WSUS, etc Installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Upholdindustrialsafetyawarenessthroughthecompletionofpertinentsafetycertifications.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegreeincomputer-relatedfields(e.g.,ComputerScience,ComputerInformation Systems, Electronics) or equivalent experience.
• CiscoCertifiedNetwork/Design/SecurityProfessional(atleastonecertification).
• 2+yearsofexperiencewithMicrosoftActiveDirectory,DNS,WSUS,andTerminal Server.
• 2+yearofexperienceinvulnerabilityscanningandassessmentsusingtoolslikeNessusand NMAP.
• Provenexperiencedesigningordeployingaminimumof10projectsleveragingvirtualization, preferably VMware.
• 3+yearsofNetworkSecurityExperience:Firewalls,ACL,IDS,IPS,SIEM,particularlywithCisco Routers, Switches, or Firewalls.
• 3+yearsofexperiencewithantivirussystemsandbackup& restore solutions.

PreferredQualificationsandExperience

• IEC-62443RiskAssessment/Design/MaintenanceCertification(atleastone).
• KnowledgeofnetworkingprotocolsincludingHSRP,STP,RSTP,MSTP,VLAN,802.1q,IPv4,IPv6, RIPv2, OSPF, EIGRP, DNS, NTP, EtherChannel, FTP, TFTP, and SSH.
• Awarenessof OTcybersecuritybestpracticesand recommendations.
• Proficiencyinpreparingfunctionalanddetaileddesignspecifications.
• Abilitytoworkindependently.
• Excellenttroubleshootingskillstoresolvecomplexnetwork,application,orsystemintegration issues.
