Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in data science, statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health economics, engineering or computer science.
• Proficient in R, Python, SQL and BI tools; healthcare analytics experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with ML, predictive modeling, and data visualization for healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support advanced analytics projects across pharma, medical devices, and healthcare domains.
• Develop predictive models, segmentation analyses, risk models, and data-driven insights.
• Support RWE, HEOR, medical affairs, and commercial analytics projects.
• Analyze structured and unstructured healthcare data, including clinical, claims, survey, registry, or business data.
• Build dashboards, data visualization tools, and client-facing analytics outputs.
• Translate complex analyses into clear strategic insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design analytics frameworks and deliver high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support advanced analytics projects across pharma, medical device, and healthcare domains.
• Develop predictive models, segmentation analyses, risk models, and data-driven insights.
• Support RWE, HEOR, medical affairs, and commercial analytics projects.
• Analyze structured and unstructured healthcare data, including clinical, claims, survey, registry, or business data.
• Build dashboards, data visualization tools, and client-facing analytics outputs.
• Translate complex analyses into clear strategic insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design analytics frameworks and deliver high-quality outputs.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong experience with R, Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Understanding of healthcare data, clinical research, HEOR, RWE, or pharma analytics is preferred.
• Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, regression, clustering, classification, or forecasting methods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Consulting experience is an advantage.
