About ElevenLabs
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human‑like AI voice model. Today we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses—from fast‑growing startups to large enterprises such as Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors include Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We have raised $781 M in funding and our latest valuation was $11 B.
We Have Expanded From Voice Into Three Main Platforms
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

About The Role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, product expertise, and implementation. The scope will evolve. You will work directly with corporate and mid‑market customers to drive adoption of their core use case and identify new ones. Every solution must scale across a high‑volume book, not tailor‑made for a single account. You need to be genuinely technical and deeply familiar with the product without writing code or owning an account directly. The role is for someone analytical, advanced with AI tools, and excited to build.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable implementation and enablement processes that educate customers on best practices and get them to time‑to‑value quickly.
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform—especially ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative—and serve as the product expert for enabling both basic and complex use cases.
- Audit customer agents’ prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps and share recommendations as a value‑add service that drives deeper adoption.
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data‑driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base regionally.
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars.
- Engage with external implementation partners and internal teams to unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering).
- Partner with leadership on high‑impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results.
Requirements
- 6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, technical account management, or a similar role at a technical SaaS or AI‑native company.
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer‑facing products.
- A track record of building adoption‑focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self‑serve content, and more.
- Creative systems thinking—always asking how to scale or automate, building automations and workflows with AI tools.
- Extremely analytical—identify trends, surface opportunities, standardize best practices, and uncover new insights.
- Comfortable driving cross‑functional outcomes without direct authority, collaborating with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM.
- Experience managing a high‑volume book of business at scale, mid‑market or commercial segment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
