Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced commerce technical lead to own end-to-end Adobe Commerce implementations and drive complex integration projects.

The role emphasizes configuring catalogs, customer accounts, pricing, promotions, and order flows, while delivering modular, API-driven architectures with headless/ composable approaches. Strong leadership and delivery accountability are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Adobe Commerce / Magento configuration and development.
• Strong PHP, GraphQL, REST API skills for module development.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS integrations.
• Knowledge of headless or composable commerce patterns and API Mesh.
• Technical leadership with design, build and troubleshooting accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end Adobe Commerce implementation, design and handson delivery.
• Configure catalogues, customer accounts, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, payments and orders.
• Develop and govern modules, extensions, APIs and integration patterns.
• Integrate ERP, CRM, PIM, inventory, OMS, payments, tax, fraud and fulfilment platforms.
• Lead headless or composable commerce using GraphQL, REST APIs and modern frontend patterns.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning and production support.
• Define security, scalability, caching, indexing, release and monitoring standards.
• Collaborate with AEM/EDS, Martech, UX, frontend, cloud and enterprise architecture teams.
• Guide developers and ensure quality across build, test and deployment.
• Support discovery, estimation, backlog refinement and implementation planning.
