Job Summary

Chandigarh University is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors (Telecalling) with prior EdTech or education sales experience. The role involves engaging with prospective students and parents via calls, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them through the university’s admission process to achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents generated through digital marketing leads
  • Counsel students on Chandigarh University programs, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and admission process
  • Understand student career aspirations and recommend suitable courses
  • Follow up on leads, maintain regular communication, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth admission processing
  • Handle student objections and provide timely resolutions
  • Stay updated on university offerings, competitors, and EdTech trends
Eligibility & Qualifications
