Henry Harvin Education in Mohali (Punjab) is looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admissions process and provide program information. The role involves handling inquiries via calls and email, counseling on suitable courses, driving admissions, and delivering excellent customer service from the Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar office.

Work hours are day shift, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with six working days per week; salary is ₹15,000–₹28,000 per month

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in admissions or student services is a plus.
• Customer-service oriented with sales mindset.

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Inside Sales for the Mohali Office.

You will play a key role in guiding prospective students, providing program information, and supporting them through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Guide learners about suitable programs and courses
• Drive admissions through effective counseling and sales
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Support daily admissions operations
