  • Vendor management & processing of monthly bills
  • Facilities management & event management
  • Vehicle arrangement for site travelling and for other visiting officials
  • Traveling arrangements (i.e., ticket & hotel arrangements)
  • Guest house management
  • Supervision & effective delivery of canteen facilities to employees
  • Maintenance of office equipment and assets; procurement of supplies such as stationery, medicine, food, groceries, other consumables, and maintaining records of consumption/spending
  • Other admin activities – provide support to allied administration activities like horticulture, housekeeping, security, telephones, lease and lease rentals, contractor related work, coordinating company events, staff welfare activities, etc.
