Position: Admin Executive

  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments. Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Prepare and manage quotations for clients based on their requirements.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Maintain records of all quotations and follow up with clients for approval and feedback.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Gmail OR Outlook is must.
  • Experience related to quotation would be a plus.
