Experienced candidates needed for InboundTechnical Support Process for US Shift.
Job Role: Receiving Inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, e mails etc. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software.
Must have dialled in Outbound Tech process for more than 6 months.
Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers.
Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers.
Must be very fluent in English.
Must be Comfortable for Night shift.
Fixed Salary on 1st of every month In Salary Account+Huge Incentives.
