Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced ADAS Subject Matter Expert to lead technical direction for next-generation intelligent vehicle programs. You will architect end-to-end ADAS systems, guide sensor fusion, perception, planning and vehicle control, and collaborate with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

The role requires hands-on expertise across Level 1–3 ADAS, perception, localization, and safety standards, with a focus on delivering robust, scalable automotive software solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ADAS/Autonomous Driving
• Experience leading ADAS/AV architectures
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 and ASPICE
• Hands-on with sensor fusion, perception and vehicle control

Responsibilities

• Define, review and validate end-to-end ADAS system architectures
• Provide technical leadership for ADAS and autonomous driving programs
• Guide design and integration of sensor, perception, fusion, planning and control systems
• Collaborate with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and cross-functional teams
• Support solution definitions, feasibility studies and roadmaps
