Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced ADAS BSW Developer to design, configure, integrate, validate, and maintain AUTOSAR Classic Base Software for ADAS ECUs (RADAR, CAMERA, sensor fusion and domain controllers). The role uses AI-assisted engineering with intelligent tooling for configuration, debugging, test generation and log analysis.

It requires Embedded C/C++ development, AUTOSAR architecture expertise, and SIL/HIL testing experience with CAN

Qualifications

• Experience in AUTOSAR Classic Base Software development.
• Embedded development using C/C++ for drivers, EEPROM, SPI, memory and flash.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and software design.
• Experience with SIL/HIL testing and system testing concepts.
• Exposure to AI-assisted engineering and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI-driven development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, integrate, validate, and maintain AUTOSAR base software for ADAS ECUs.
• Work on RADAR, CAMERA, sensor fusion and domain controller platforms.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling for configuration, debugging, test generation and log analysis.
• Bridge classical AUTOSAR development with AI-driven approaches.
• Use CAN tools for testing and diagnostics (CANoe, CANanalyser, CANape, TRACE32).

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ADAS BSW Developer to design, configure, integrate, validate, and maintain AUTOSAR Classic Base Software for next-generation ADAS ECUs such as RADAR, CAMERA, Sensor fusion, and domain controller platforms. The role is expected to leverage AI-assisted engineering practices to improve development efficiency and quality. This includes the use of intelligent tooling for configuration, debugging, test generation, and log analysis, as well as exposure to automated and semi-autonomous workflows that support faster issue identification and resolution. Working experience in AUTOSAR software development with multiple OEM specifications Expertise in Embedded development using C/C++ - Driver, EEPROM, SPI, Memory, Flash Excellent knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture Good Experience in SW Architecture, SW Design, implementation & debugging of software Testing Skills - Exposure to SIL/HIL test methods and system testing concepts Knowledge of tools like, CANoe, CANanlyser, CANape, TRACE32, etc Embedded software de-bugging skills. Ability to bridge classical AUTOSAR development with AI-driven approaches Experience with AI-assisted development environments and automation frameworks Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation mindset Process awareness and appreciation for process adherence
