A business services company located in Vadodara is seeking a detail-oriented database management professional to create and maintain records in their database. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial data, possess analytical thinking skills, and be proficient in advanced Excel. This position involves evaluating assets, providing regular reports, and ensuring data accuracy. Ideal qualifications include an MBA in Finance or an MCom.
This position will be provided various document files (PDF, WORD, EXCEL) with the task of creating new records within company database system and inputting property-specific details into our internal investment form. Applicant will also provide periodic progress reports and communicate regularly with the Acquisitions team. Additional tasks of obtaining market information, real estate investment details.
Should have experience on working with financial data and have excellent attention to detail skills. Analytical thinker with research proficiencies as well as advance excel knowledge should be more preferable. Qualification preferred - MBA (Finance) or MCom Location - Vadodara Shifts - 2-11PM
