What You Will Do

As a Senior Manager, you will set technical and strategic directions for AI-led reinvention programs, design and architect end-to-end solutions, leading large cross-functional teams to deliver transformative outcomes for clients at scale.

Lead the development and go-to-market execution of Agentic AI-powered solutions across Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Service, and Digital Products domains.

Define enterprise AI architecture, multi-agent orchestration strategies, and AI-enabled operating model blueprints tailored to client context.

Drive origination and solutioning for new AI opportunities - developing business cases, solution roadmaps, and executive-level points of view.

Own client relationships at the C-suite and senior leadership level, positioning Accenture as the partner of choice for AI-led transformation.

Oversee end-to-end delivery governance across complex, multi-tower AI programs - managing scope, risk, quality, and outcomes.

Provide thought leadership on Agentic AI, Generative AI, and industry-specific applications - including publication of assets, speaking at forums, and shaping Accenture's practice narrative.

Build and scale Accenture's AI capability in domain: hiring, developing, and retaining top-tier AI talent across career levels.

Shape and contribute to the AI accelerator portfolio - reusable components, domain-specific agents, fine-tuned models, and industry-specific playbooks.

Who We Are Looking For

• Mandatory Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA from a top institution advantageous.
• 12-18 years of progressive experience in AI, Data Science, and/or digital consulting, with significant leadership and client-facing accountability.
• Deep technical fluency in AI/ML - must be able to credibly engage on architecture decisions, model trade-offs, and engineering standards, even in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, including multi-agent architectures.
• Strong foundations in supervised/ unsupervised ML, feature engineering, model evaluation and experimentation; ability to select appropriate techniques rather than relying only on LLMs.
• Hands-on Generative AI experience includes prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), structured outputs, evaluation and guardrails.
• Agentic AI experience with tool/ function calling, planning, memory/context, orchestration and multi-agent patterns using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen or equivalent.
• Python and SQL proficiency; experience building modular services/APIs (e.g., FastAPI) and integrating models/ agents with enterprise applications and data sources.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one major cloud or AI platform - AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, or Anthropic - and its relevant AI services for development and deployment (e.g. Amazon Bedrock/ SageMaker, Azure AI Foundry/ Azure OpenAI, or Vertex AI), plus containerized deployment, secrets/ IAM and monitoring fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of data platforms and pipelines; familiarity with Databricks/ Spark, vector databases, relational databases and API-based integrations is valuable.
• Awareness of Responsible AI, security, privacy, observability, testing and evaluation practices needed to move AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Demonstrated ability to originate, shape, and close AI transformation opportunities with senior client stakeholders.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills - ability to simplify complex AI for C-suite audiences and drive buy-in.
• Demonstrated capability in Enterprise AI Strategy and AI & Data Roadmap development - including AI maturity assessments, platform strategy, and agentic system design across at least one functional domain or cloud platform.
• Experience defining Enterprise Data Strategy, data products, semantic/knowledge layer design, and knowledge architecture to underpin AI and agentic solutions.
• Ability to develop rigorous AI business cases and lead value realization frameworks - translating technical AI capabilities into financial outcomes and executive investment rationale.
• Proven experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and program portfolios across geographies.

What We Are NOT Looking For

• Profiles focused purely on presales, platform consulting (SAP/Oracle), or strategy advisory without demonstrable AI delivery depth.
• Pure Data Engineers, ML Engineers, or Solution Architects without commercial accountability or C-suite client ownership.
• Pure Delivery/ Program Managers with no strategy, solutioning, or origination track record.
• Leaders without technical AI fluency, who cannot engage substantively on architecture, model selection, or engineering governance.
• Candidates transitioning from unrelated industries without a clear and substantive AI capability track record.
