Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a Manager – Rail (Transport & Logistics) to lead engagements in railway logistics, enterprise systems, and transformation across global markets. You will guide end‑to‑end delivery, shape pursuit strategies, and contribute to thought leadership in the rail and logistics space.

Qualifications

• As a manager, you will combine sharp delivery accountability with active business development — owning engagements end-to-end while continuously expanding AccentureStrategy and Consulting Global Network’s footprint in the market.
• Lead and manage complex consulting engagements across transportation strategy, operations transformation, and technology enablement — from scoping through value realization.
• Translate client business challenges into structured problem statements, hypotheses, and actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to business development — crafting proposals, shaping RFP responses, building capability credentials, and supporting client pitches alongside senior leadership.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts; nurture client relationships through proactive advisory and value-added insight.
• Collaborate with global account teams, alliance partners, and industry groups to develop and position joint offerings.

Required skills

Demonstrated leadership and deep expertise across the following areas:

• Expertise in railway operations, enterprise systems, and business process re-engineering.
