Job summary

Starworth Global Soluitons is seeking an AR Caller / Senior AR Caller (Hospital Billing) to support US Healthcare – Voice Process. Location: Chennai. Immediate joiners preferred or within 15 days. Salary: Up to 6 LPA; two-way cab facility is provided.

Candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in AR Calling with end-to-end denial management and EPIC system experience is a plus. Degree mandatory; freshers and candidates from other domains are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in AR Calling (Voice) with end-to-end denial management.
• Experience in AR Calling / Hospital Billing.
• EPIC experience with Acute, Critical Access & Rural Health – Added Advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle AR calling for hospital billing and denial management.
• Ensure end-to-end process from claim generation to denial resolution.
• Collaborate with billing teams to ensure accurate and timely reimbursements.
