Job summary

Starworth Global Solutions in Chennai and Trichy is seeking experienced AR Callers to join the Billing team. The role involves handling physician/hospital billing calls and resolving patient and provider queries. Salary up to 40,000 INR in-hand with virtual interviews.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in Medical Billing/RCM and strong knowledge of US healthcare guidelines. Training will be provided, and interaction with revenue-cycle processes will be ongoing.

Qualifications

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.

• Utilize Voice Processing skills to effectively communicate with customers over the phone while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Participate in revenue cycle management (RCM) processes such as AR calling, denial handling, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
