Job summary

Paytm is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to oversee invoice processing, payments, and expense reports, leveraging fintech environment. You will strengthen vendor relationships, develop AP policies, ensure compliance with laws, and drive process improvements across procurement and finance.

Ideal candidates have CA/MBA and at least 5 years in AP, with ERP experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

  • Prepare AP reports including aging, cash flow projections and vendor metrics.
  • Train AP staff and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Ensure accurate month-end and year-end close for accounts payable.
  • Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.

  • Train and develop accounts payable staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable.
  • Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed.

About the Role:

We are looking for a person for Accounts Payable role who have an experience from a fintech company or any related entity and can Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems, Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments, assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process and Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
