PAC Cosmetics LLP is seeking an experienced Accountant to supervise financial activities for the brand, maintain records, prepare reports, and support audits. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles and beauty-industry experience.

You will manage bank entries, TDS, e-invoicing, and cross-entity compliance while mentoring staff. Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Tally with GST, advanced Excel, and solid analytical and communicative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 4-8 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally with GST, advanced Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; and preparing reports.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policies and regulations.
• Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Manage Bank Entries for multiple entities.
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations for various entities.
• Ensure accurate e-invoice, e-way bill generation, and sales return booking for PAC LLP, PCPL, and other entities.
• Manage specific transactions including TDS remittances, TDS reimbursement, Inter-co accounts, and interest calculations.
• Handle import and export documentation and related financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing and finalizing monthly and yearly working sheets for state-wise and group-level TDS reporting.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
• Liasoning with Auditors and consultants in query solving and finalizing income tax returns
• preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements & cash flow statements for all entities
• Recording bank entries, petty cash entries for all entities.
