Job Summary

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally or other accounting software.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Making quotations- day to day dispatch
  • Sales/ purchase entry- follow up of payment and sending ledger
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collection and payment.
  • Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and other financial records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for expense management and financial clarifications.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting standards.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
