Job summary

Aeroaids Corporation is seeking an Accounts Executive to handle sales invoicing, e-invoicing, and e-way bills. The role also covers purchase entries, cash and bank reconciliation, inventory reconciliation, journal entries, and vendor payments in SAP.

Candidate must have B.Com (Finance) with hands-on SAP and MS Excel experience, plus strong GST knowledge. Preference given to those with GST and reconciliation experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP and MS Excel required.
• Good knowledge of GST, invoicing, and e-way bills.
• Experience in cash/bank reconciliation and inventory reconciliation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales invoicing and e-invoicing.
• Manage e-way bills and purchase entries.
• Perform cash & bank reconciliation and inventory reconciliation.
• Record journal entries and vendor payments in SAP.
• Ensure accurate SAP accounting and financial records.
