Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain books of accounts and record daily accounting transactions accurately.
  • Handle cash and bank transactions, including daily entries and reconciliations.
  • Prepare job cards and maintain related records using Excel.
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices/bills.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
  • Manage inventory accounting, including stock records and valuation.
  • Conduct physical verification of inventory and maintain stock records.
  • Prepare delivery challans, billing reports, and maintain regular billing records.
  • Prepare payroll, maintain attendance records, and ensure timely salary processing.
  • Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including return filings.
  • Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Skills & Competencies
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Tally
