Job summary

Capital One India is seeking an Accounts and Tax Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and a track record of working across teams on large finance projects. The role focuses on accounting, budgeting, statutory audits, and both direct and indirect tax work within a dynamic, high-velocity financial services environment.

• End to end handling of advanced projects like Advance Pricing Agreement, ESOP implementation, Digitization of accounting processes etc.
• Partner with global stakeholders on enterprise driven projects/ initiatives with also implementation at a local India entity level

Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) 8+ years of experience as a Chartered Accountant
