Kimberly-Clark Corporation seeks an Accounting Analyst IV Coordinator to own end-to-end freight accounting across clearing, accrual, and reconciliation. You will lead a team, ensure SAP postings align with close timelines, and partner with Transportation, AP, RTR, and IT to reduce errors and improve process quality.
Required 10+ years in GL accounting with strong ownership of close cycles, plus SAP FI/CO/MM experience and SOX controls.

Owns and leads end-to-end freight accounting across clearing, accrual, and reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording in SAP in line with close timelines, GAAP, and SOX/internal controls. Drives governance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement, partnering closely with Transportation, Accounts Payable/Freight Payment Provider, RTR/Corporate Accounting, and IT/Master Data to reduce aged balances, prevent duplicate/miss posted activity, and improve upstream process quality. Provides day-to-day leadership to the freight accounting team, including work allocation, coaching, quality checks, and performance management against agreed SLAs.
