Job summary

Essvee Services in Gurgaon (Sector 37) is seeking an Accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and GST-related tasks. The candidate should be proficient in Tally and MS Excel with a solid understanding of accounting principles.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Working days are six, with a 9:00 am to 5:30 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of accounting experience or similar role.
• Good knowledge of Tally.
• Basic understanding of GST and related documentation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle day-to-day accounts work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
• Record financial transactions accurately in Tally.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain GST-related records and documentation.
• Assist with GST return preparation and related accounting work.
• Maintain accounting data and reports using MS Excel.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Track accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements
