Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial information and prepare accounting reports and statements, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and regulatory filings.
  • Provide accounting support on hedge accounting and POC accounting to support forecasting and decision‑making.
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to sales, logistics, and customers in a timely manner.
  • Resolve invoice‑related queries and address billable line‑item discrepancies.
  • Review purchase orders and sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to verify transaction details and resolve invoicing issues.
  • Monitor customer accounts, track timely payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain complete electronic and paper records of invoices and financial transactions.
  • Support audits, prepare invoicing activity reports, and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.

Your responsibilities
  • Reconcile accounts and verify journal entries to ensure the general ledger is accurate and complete.
  • Analyze financial information and prepare accounting reports and statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, depreciation statements, debtor and creditor lists, repayment schedules, and regulatory filings.
