Job Summary

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and experienced accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in financial record management, tax compliance, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, and other applicable returns).
• Perform GST reconciliation and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
• Generate e‑invoices and e‑way bills as required.
• Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Monitor statutory compliance and maintain proper accounting records.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, auditors, and tax consultants.
• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
• Sound knowledge of GST regulations, return filing, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
