Job summary

Throttll, based in Bagru near Jaipur, seeks a diligent Accountant to manage daily accounting, tax compliance, and financial record-keeping at our facility.

You will handle GST and TDS filings, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and support monthly audits, using Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel. This full-time role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree (M.Com/MBA Finance).
• Location: Must reside in or commute daily to Bagru, Jaipur.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Taxation Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST and TDS.
• Work Ethic: High numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Ledgers: maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, sales/purchase entries, cash flows, and general ledger postings in Tally/accounting software.
• Tax Compliance: handle monthly GST returns filing, TDS deductions and calculations, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Reconciliations: perform routine bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and customer payment verifications.
• Invoicing & Payments: prepare sales invoices, monitor accounts receivable, follow up on pending payments, and process vendor payouts.
• Audit Support: prepare documentation, vouchers, and financial statements for monthly reviews and annual audits.
