Job summary

Michelin Reifen sucht eine Senior Executive im Bereich Fixed Assets und Project Accounting in Pune. Sie unterstützen den Accounting Manager bei der Erfassung, Prüfung und Kontrolle von Buchungen gemäß nationaler Vorschriften und Gruppennormen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Abwicklung von Anlagenbuchhaltung, Abschreibungen, Transfers, sowie Monatsabschlussaktivitäten und Abstimmungen, ideal mit SAP oder Oracle. Die Rolle erfordert analytische Fähigkeiten und Schichtarbeit.

Qualifications

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrungen im Fixed Asset- und Projektbuchhaltung.
• Erfahrung mit SAP oder Oracle wünschenswert.
• Schichtarbeit von 18:00 bis 03:00 IST.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung des Accounting Managers bzw. Cycle Analysts.
• Verarbeitung, Prüfung und Kontrolle von Buchungsvorgängen gemäß Gruppen- und Landesnormen.
• Mitwirkung bei Monatsabschluss, Abstimmungen und Erstellung von Finanzberichten.

He/She handles layout, entry, verification, control, quality and consistency of accounting transactions and accounts within his/her remit. He/She ensures these activities comply with Group referentials and relevant country's legislation and such information is available within prescribed deadlines for preparation of financial statements.We are looking for a Senior Executive for the Fixed Assets and Project Accounting process with 5 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have strong fundamental accounting knowledge, including a clear understanding of fixed asset accounting concepts such as capitalization, depreciation, asset additions, transfers and disposals, along with the related debit and credit accounting entries. Experience in project accounting, month-end close activities, reconciliations, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in the 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST shift.
