Job summary

United Tyrekrafts in Pune, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced accounts professional to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

You will handle GST and TDS returns, invoicing, vendor and customer accounts, and MIS reporting while ensuring statutory compliance and smooth payment cycles. Prior exposure to accounting standards is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Accountancy, Experience in financial accounting and taxation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns.
• Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Supervise invoicing, billing and payment cycles.
• Maintain vendors and customer accounts.
• Ensure proper aging analysis and timely collection follow-ups.
• Checking Employee expenses and cash expenses.
• Maintain Compliance with accounting standards.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS.
