You will handle financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, closing processes, budgeting support, and audits, using QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero. The role requires sharp attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and clear communication to collaborate with management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and strong mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
• CPA or CMA credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and income statements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Compute taxes, prepare returns, and ensure timely payments.
• Review financial documents for discrepancies and assist with audits.
