Job summary

Medistaffindia in Edappally, Kochi, Kerala invites an experienced Accountant to join its finance and administration team in a full-time role. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting, ledgers, and financial transactions for a skincare facility.

You will handle GST, TDS compliance, bank reconciliations, and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, while coordinating with auditors and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or business with finance/accounting focus.
• Experience in accounting, tax, or finance is preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax professionals during audits and compliance activities.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor inventory-related financial transactions and vendor payments.
• Generate MIS reports and provide financial data to management for decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

Qualification
