Job summary

LetMeDoit is seeking an experienced Accountant with 4-5 years of relevant experience to join our Finance & Accounts team in Kerala. The role emphasizes GST, TDS compliance, financial reporting, and accurate reconciliation to ensure timely financial management.

You will manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and support MIS reporting while coordinating with auditors and internal teams. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Zoho or similar ERP are required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and other commonly used formulas.
• Experience with Zoho or other accounting software/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including journal entries, purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, vendor payments, and customer collections.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage GST and TDS-related activities, including reconciliation, documentation, and compliance support.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, reimbursements, advances, and other financial transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, clients, and internal teams for accounting and finance related requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities while maintaining proper documentation and confidentiality.
