Job summary

SHINING 3D Dental is hiring for its sales team to expand the distribution network for our dental digital products. You will visit dental offices and organizations to promote IO Scanners and digital workflow solutions.

This autonomous, fast-growing role requires strong market development, excellent communication, and willingness to travel. Bachelor’s degree and English proficiency are required; experience in medical/dental fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for the company’s dental digital products in Indonesia, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent and support the product line.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.

The portfolio includes Aoralscan IO Scanners, MetiSmile Facial Scanners, AccuFab Printers, Wash, Cure, Resins and AutoScan desktop scanners. We are changing dentistry from analog to digital and making our products available through dental supply dealers. As a Shining 3D Sales team member, you will visit dental offices and organizations.
