Be Rolling Media in Delhi is offering a full-time, in-office internship to support the account management team, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure seamless project execution. • Assist the account management team in coordinating with clients and internal teams.

• Coordinate with creative teams during shoots by assisting with content planning, reference curation, and on-ground execution.
• Help manage client requirements, feedback, and approvals while ensuring timely communication with relevant teams.
• Maintain and organize client briefs, project documents, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely project completion.
• Follow up with internal teams on project progress, pending tasks, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the account management team in coordinating with clients and internal teams to maintain effective communication and ensure seamless project execution.
2. Support end-to-end shoot coordination, including planning, scheduling, on-site management, and ensuring execution aligns with approved creative briefs.
