Job summary

TalentGuru Recruitment & Placement is seeking an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting using Tally in Surat, Gujarat. You will prepare and process Purchase & Sales Invoices, pass Bank Receipt & Payment Entries, and maintain ledgers.

You will support reconciliation and other routine accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting for clients and internal records. The role is on-site in Gujarat with a focus on reliable financial data handling.

Qualifications

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities in Tally.
• Prepare and process Purchase & Sales Invoices.
• Pass Bank Receipt & Payment Entries.
• Maintain accounting records, ledgers, and vouchers.
• Support reconciliation and other routine accounting activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and ledgers.
• Prepare purchase and sales invoices and record transactions.
• Pass bank receipts and payments accurately in the ledger.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes.
